Mar 5	Online season registration begins	Online link will be activated from home page to begin online summer registration
May 15	Player Registration Deadline & Club Insurance Certificates Due	5 p.m. deadline; see Resources for form
May 20	Board meeting to seed teams	9-11 a.m. at Homestead Country Club
May 25	JTL Club Coordinator/ Team Parent Training	This training is for new pros, team coordinators and ladder parents. Location is Milburn Country Club, 7:15 p.m.
May 27	Schedules Posted	Season schedules posted on website and sent to pros
May 31	HOLIDAY	11&U boys and girls play at 1:00 p.m. every Monday for 6 weeks. NOTE: matches that would normally start on May 31st will be rescheduled due to Memorial Day.
June 1	First day of regular season play for 13s	13&U boys and girls play at 1:00 p.m. every Tuesday for 6 weeks.
June 3	First day of regular season play for High School	High School boys and girls play at 1:00 p.m. every Thursday for 6 weeks.
June 10	NEW online tourney registration begins	Online link will be activated from home page to begin NEW online tourney registration
June 19	Last day for roster additions	No new players may be added to a team's roster after this date.
June 23	Tournament Sites Posted	Hosting sites for all tournament locations will be announced and posted on website and sent to pros
June 30	Tournament registration deadline	5:00 p.m. deadline; see Resources for form
July 6	Tournament seeding meeting board, pros, club reps attend	6:30 p.m. at the Carriage Club
July 8	Last day of regular season play
July 12	Tournament Begins Doubles Play All Rounds	Locations TBA (check website)
July 13	Doubles Rainout Day
July 14	Singles Preliminary Rounds	Locations TBA (check website)
July 15	Singles Rainout Day
July 16	Singles Semis and Finals	Homestead Country Club Players verify location & time on website
Aug 15	Site Director Reimbursement Due	Any Site Director wanting reimbursement must have their form to the Exec Director by this date
